He has led cross-functional teams on initiatives ranging from targeted efforts to transformations exceeding $200M, delivering measurable improvements across manufacturing, energy, utilities, and high-growth technology environments.

Brad Wilson, Delivery Assurance Director
Brad Wilson is a business transformation leader with over 30 years of experience delivering large-scale operational and ERP initiatives across industrial environments.
He applies deep technical and operational expertise to identify risk, establish control, and ensure successful execution of complex programs. His experience includes developing business cases and capital appropriations for hundreds of millions of dollars and implementing the governance structures required to protect those investments.
Brad has held senior leadership roles at U.S. Steel, including leading global ERP rollouts, running business planning for one of the largest steel-producing plants in North America, and leading the consulting division of United Engineers and Consultants.
He is known for disciplined oversight, project assurance, and performance management that keep critical initiatives on track and aligned with business objectives.
